Shipping & Pickup Policy

1. No Shipping Policy

Cigar Church Lounge does not offer shipping services. All purchases must be picked up in person at our lounge or delivered to member lockers if applicable.

2. Pickup Instructions

• After completing a purchase, customers will receive a confirmation email with pickup details.
• Items are available for pickup by appointment if lockers are not available to the member.
• A valid government-issued ID and proof of purchase are required at the time of pickup.

3. Membership Credit Refunds

Any stored credit resulting from membership cancellation will be refunded to the original payment method.
