Welcome to Cigar Church Lounge, owned and operated by Cigar Church, LLC. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchases or using our services.

1. General

  • Cigar Church Lounge operates as a cigar lounge offering products for purchase with in-person pickup, or locker delivery. We do not ship products. By using our services, you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase tobacco products in your jurisdiction.
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

2. Purchases and Payments

  • All sales are final, except as outlined in our refund policy.
  • Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept credit cards and other approved payment methods.
  • Membership fees, if applicable, must be paid in full for the selected billing period.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds for product purchases will be issued as store credit only.
  • In the event of membership cancellation, any stored credit will be refunded to the customer in the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

4. Pickup Policy

All purchased items must be picked up in person from Cigar Church Lounge at the designated location during operating hours or will be delivered to the members locker if applicable.

5. Membership

  • Membership benefits and pricing are subject to change at any time.
  • Members must comply with all lounge rules and regulations.
  • Failure to adhere to lounge policies may result in suspension or termination of membership without a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Cigar Church, LLC is not responsible for any personal injury, allergic reactions, or damages resulting from the use of our products.
  • We are not liable for any loss or theft of items left at the lounge.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oklahoma.
  • Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in the appropriate courts of Oklahoma.
